I was quoted a figure for a piece on a truck and asked if that included installation and was told it just snapped on. When I had that part “just snapped on” there was a labor charge that was double the price of the part. The cashier called the service rep and when she got there, she apologized and stated there was an installation fee. This is quite upsetting. It might be time to switch dealerships.
The service is excellent, and the people are very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Quick process, no pressure, got exactly what I wanted. I don’t enjoy car shopping and prefer to do as much over the phone as possible and was able to do just that.
There was a typo error in the appointment time I had reserved for oil change, tire rotation and inspections. The team in the service center hustled around and found a tech to do the job as scheduled. It's appreciated because I drive 40 miles or so to this dealership.

When my wife tried to schedule an appointment. They set the schedule back dated. We have yet to be called for an appointment. So the only thing i can review is the lack of service.

I was charged $20 for labor to put air in my tire, which is in itself a travesty, but I told them there was a problem with the tire and they didn’t discover the nail in the tire which was causing the problem. The nail was removed 2 days later by a tire co. Shame, shame!

The service department did a good job. I wish that your dealership would provide a car wash after the service is completed.
Never use them again for service. Was quoted $800 to replace a damaged wiring harness and then 5 wires were put back together with wire connectors and no new harness. still charged the hours for the complete wire harness replacement. I would never have agreed to the work if I knew the wire harness did not need replacing. Be aware, they will lie to you.

The ladies in service are GREAT! Being able to make an appointment is a big plus. I called a Beaumont dealership first, only to be told that I would have to leave my truck with them to "get in line" to be serviced. I asked how long that wait would be - 2 weeks! I am sold on Donaldson!
The service was great and my truck was back to me quickly. I just thought the price was very high. I was quoted a similar price but was told it would take 2 days. When it only took one day the price was still the same.

I was told my docs would be emailed to me. It’s been 43 days and I still don’t have them. I’ve called many, many times, and am transferred to a voicemail everytime. Left messages with no response. However, I DID receive paperwork from where I financed the vehicle and the amount they say I financed IS NOT what we agreed on. Maybe that’s why they won’t send me the paperwork!?!?
Poor service and poor communication from the staff. Took three weeks to fix something that was a couple hour repair, and still left with a heads-up display issue not remedied
Sale went good, but they are dragging their feet on the repairs they agreed to make to the vehicle upon purchase. I have yet to receive a follow up call on my mirror. I feel it wasn't as easy or cheap as they thought, so they are ignoring the situation.

I appreciate the help I received from the salesmen who helped me out. We discussed a price and made a deal. Somehow the finance manager came up with different number than we discussed at the time of signing and I came out paying more than I agreed upon. I reached out to have someone clarify why I paid more than we agreed on and a manager reached out to me stating he doesn’t know what happened and someone else would contact me. No one has contacted me.

They made buying a car online very easy. Even met me at the dealership early so I could start driving back to TN. My ONLY complaint is that the video of it running didn’t capture the rumble of the aftermarket exhaust. .

My experience was good because the salesman was not pushy and showed us any truck we asked to see or test drive. He was honest with his answers and communicated with us about the truck. I appreciated that is why we bought from the dealership instead of any other.
The appointment was orignally scheduled for the next week. So i decided to drop the 95 tahoe off the prior week in hopes of them working it in for an oil change.
